In compliance with the provisions of data protection regulations, we hereby inform you of the terms and conditions of the data processing carried out by AISCAN, S.L.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA AND UNDER WHAT LEGITIMACY?
The purpose is to provide a service of MANUFACTURING OF ELECTRICAL CONDUCTION SYSTEMS AND CHANNELING, and for this we will carry out:
- Send information to the customer about the products/services.
- Manage your inquiry, suggestion or request.
- To forward and elaborate, at the customer’s request, a quotation/order.
- Invoice for the service rendered
For the processing of the service we are entitled to your express consent, which we will keep in case you want to verify it in the future. Of course, you have the right not to transfer your data and its consequence would be the impossibility to perform the contracted service.
WHAT TYPE OF DATA DO WE PROCESS?
For the purpose described in the previous section, the customer’s data is processed as follows:
Data provided directly by the customer, either at the time of requesting the service through the completion of the forms provided for this purpose as those provided throughout the contractual relationship through various means such as, for example, complaints or requests for information in our company in person, as well as by electronic means (wasap, email, etc.). The Client is responsible for its accuracy and updating.
The data requested are strictly necessary for the execution of the service:
Name, surname, address, telephone numbers, ID number, email, and those necessary to make an invoice for the contracted service.
TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION?
AISCAN, S.L. will only communicate your data to the public administrations that the law requires us to do so, such as the Tax Authorities, Social Security, etc. That is to say, by legal imperative
Likewise, if strictly necessary for the vital interest.
HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
Personal data will be kept for as long as the contractual relationship with the customer is maintained and thereafter, for a maximum period of 5 years, if you have given your consent. Once the contractual relationship has ended (or, if applicable, once the 5-year period has elapsed), the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, which implies its blocking, being available only at the request of Judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations during the prescription period of any actions that may arise and, once this period has elapsed, its complete deletion. In any case, if at the end of the contractual relationship there were pending litigation arising from the exercise of actions challenging the invoice or aimed at achieving the collection of the same, the data may be retained during the processing of the same, until a final decision is reached -when it will be blocked and subsequently erased-, although they may only be used for evidentiary purposes.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
Our data protection regulations give you a number of rights in relation to the processing of data involving our services which can be summarized as follows:
- Right of access: To know what type of data we are processing and the characteristics of the service we are carrying out.
- Right of rectification: To be able to request the modification of your data for being inaccurate or not truthful.
- Right of portability: To be able to obtain a copy in an interoperable format of the data being processed.
- The right to the limitation of the treatment in the cases included in the Law.
- Right of deletion: Request the deletion of your data when the service is no longer necessary.
- Right of opposition: To request the cessation of the sending of commercial communications in the terms indicated above.
- Right to revoke the consent given, being your request processed within approximately 10 days.
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Spain the AEPD).
