Aiscan’s featured product for this show will be the R1000+ Heavy Duty Grid Tray, a solution that anticipates common challenges in data center installations.
One of the recurring problems in these facilities is the detachment of zinc filaments, known as “zinc whiskers”, which can interfere with and cause damage to technical processing equipment. Our R1000+ Grid Tray addresses this problem at its root thanks to its advanced R1000+ galvanic treatment. This multi-stage process, which includes electroplating and passivation stages, culminates in a physical seal that completely eliminates the possibility of strand or zinc foil detachment. In addition, the tray has a corrosion resistance of more than 1000 hours in a neutral salt spray chamber test (ISO 9227), and a C8 classification certified by AENOR according to harmonized standard EN 61537. This degree of resistance and the galvanic treatment make it an optimal choice for data centers.
