Equality plans are the instrument that integrates a series of measures aimed at promoting equality between men and women and eliminating any discrimination that may exist within the company (LO 3/2007 and RD 901/2020).

We continue to make great strides on our path towards real equality, although we know that we still have so much work to do. That is why we celebrate the anniversary of our Equality Plan with all the strength to continue working.

Every small step is a great achievement, between all of us we will manage to balance this society, equalize all rights and fit all the pieces between the world of work and the family.
